! Baru je selesai servis kereta di Big Benz Motor Service dan rasa macam nak bagi review sebab puas hati sangat. Pertama kali try tempat ni sebab dengar ramai yang recommend.

Dari awal masuk je, layanan dah top. Pn Ayu yang handle appointment saya dari start sangat friendly dan helpful. Dia explain semua yang kena buat kat kereta saya dengan jelas, berapa harga dan berapa lama kena tunggu. Rasa lega bila dapat orang yang betul-betul ambil berat dan faham apa yang dia buat.

Pn Ayu ni senyum je manjang, tanya apa-apa pun dia jawab dengan sabar. Servis macam ni la yang buat kita selesa nak datang lagi.

Pasal kerja-kerja servis, memang tiptop. Pakai barang ori dan mekanik diorang nampaknya tahu sangat pasal kereta Benz, kereta saya jadi lebih smooth lepas diorang servis.

Kalau korang ada masalah dengan kereta, especially Benz, cuba la hantar ke Big Benz Motor Service. Cari je Pn Ayu, dia akan pastikan semua okay. Servis bagus, orangnya pun peramah!
